Can I transfer my FITPASS subscription?

Yes, FITPASS subscriptions are transferable. You can transfer yout FITPASS membership to anyone in your family and friends. Here are the requirements to proceed with the membership transfer request:

1. Gap between the membership purchase and request raise timestamp should not be greater than or equal to 24 hours.
2. The transferer shouldn’t have accessed the membership benefits.
3. The transferer should duly fill and submit the Membership Transfer and Consent Form to FITPASS support.

Once FITPASS support member receives and verifies the request, the membership gets transferred in the next 24 hours. These steps help to maintain a secure and personalised fitness experience for every user.

Note: A FITPASS membership can only be transferred once. Upon a successful transfer, the transferer has no entitlement to access the benefits of the membership
