PROSE:
1: Good dumbbells and plates.
2: Good barbells.
3: Many coaches and some helpers.
4: Good location.
5: Lift is available.
6: Good body weight machine.
CONS:
1: Helpers are not that much helpful.
2: No cafeteria.
3: Some staff members are lacking in professionalism.
4: Less equipments.
5: No squat rack.
6: No spa.
