How do I cancel auto-renewal?
You can cancel your FITPASS subscription easily through the FITPASS app by following these steps:
Open the "FITPASS app"
Go to the "Profile" section
Click on "Manage Subscription"
Choose the "Cancel Subscription" option and follow the instructions
Although we don't want you to stop your fitness journey, if you wish to cancel, please do so before 72 hours to avoid charges for the next billing cycle. Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the plan expiry date.
