Subscription Terms & Conditions

FITPASS subscriptions are the most economical, convenient and fun way to manage your smart membership to thousands of premium gyms and fitness studios across India. Workout anywhere, anytime and anyhow. You choose your way to fitness – yoga, pilates, zumba, gym workouts, spinning, kickboxing, MMA, swimming, bootcamp, ab attack, aerobics and many more workouts available to you with your FITPASS membership across India’s largest fitness network! Choose your fit!
Who is eligible for the FITPASS subscription
  • To buy the membership via FITPASS website (www.fitpass.co.in/subscription) check the following link (https://razorpay.com/docs/subscriptions/bank-options/) to know the names of the issuing banks (Credit card, Debit card or Visa Card) accepted for subscription payment. You will be able to make the payment only through the following banks (Debit card or Credit card) i.e. ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank & AXIS Bank on the FITPASS app. All MasterCard and Visa powered credit card holders (irrespective of issuing bank)
  • UPI & net banking payment options are already listed on the app & the website
How can I activate the FITPASS subscription?
  • FITPASS subscription services can be simply activated through the “Profile section” of your FITPASS mobile application (https://fitpass.co.in/app) or by visiting (https://fitpass.co.in/subscription).
  • To activate your FITPASS subscription plan, your eligible card needs to be verified/authenticated.
When will I be billed?
Your FITPASS membership will be auto-renewed based on your chosen subscription plan:
  • Monthly subscription – every 30 days from date of activation
  • Quarterly subscription – every 90 days from date of activation
Can I change my subscription plan after activation?
Of course! You can easily switch subscription plans (monthly to quarterly or vice versa) or add/remove services through your FITPASS app. Any plan change will be reflected in your subsequent membership cycle. You can also reach out to us to help you change your subscription plan by writing to us at care@fitpass.co.in or request a callback. We are always available to help!
Please bear in mind that in case you have availed any offer to activate your subscription plan, then referring to the applicable terms and conditions of the specific offer are to be read in conjunction with terms contained herein and the terms of use.
Can I cancel my subscription?
We would hate to see you go! However, we understand that you may be forced for reasons beyond your control to cancel your subscription to the coolest and most fun fitness membership that makes it super economical, convenient, and easy for you to get fit and stay fit!
Please do bear in mind that in case you have availed any offer to activate your subscription plan, then please refer to the applicable terms and conditions to the specific offer to be read in conjunction with terms contained herein and the terms of use.
Note: There is no change in T&C’s or cancellation policy for the users who have bought the subscription plan before 15th November 2021.
New users who purchase the subscription plan on or after 15th November, 2021 will have the freedom to cancel the subscription plan anytime.
After proceeding with the subscription cancellation, the user will not be able to avail our services anymore.
How can I cancel my FITPASS subscription?
Note: There is no change in T&C’s or cancellation policy for the users who have bought the subscription plan before 15th November 2021.

  • Active members who have not claimed any offer (discount, cashback, period promotion, etc.) to activate their FITPASS subscription, may cancel their subscription anytime in the first 14 calendar days of activating their subscription membership without any cancellation charges subject to non-utilisation of any FITPASS service in any manner and subject to FITPASS terms of use.
  • After the expiry of the first 14 calendar days of your active FITPASS membership, active members may cancel their subscription plans in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions contained herein and to be read in conjunction with the terms of use, any time within 72 hours of the next upcoming billing date of their ongoing subscription payment plan through the FITPASS mobile app or by writing to us at care@fitpass.co.in
  • Basis your ongoing subscription plan, any offer claims etc, cancellation charges and fee (including administrative, processing, third party and all other applicable charges and fees) will apply and need to be paid in full prior to any processing or confirmation of any premature cancellation, changes, modification, deferment or the like of your ongoing subscription plan.
  • Users who purchase the subscription plan on or post 15th November 2021 can cancel the subscription without paying the cancellation fee.
