Subscription Terms & Conditions

FITPASS subscriptions are the most economical, convenient and fun way to manage your smart membership to thousands of premium gyms and fitness studios across India. Workout anywhere, anytime, anyhow – yoga, pilates, zumba, gym workouts, spinning, kickboxing, MMA, swimming, bootcamp, ab attack, aerobics and many more workouts available to you with your FITPASS membership across India’s largest fitness network! Choose your fit!
Who is eligible for the FITPASS subscription
  • All MasterCard and Visa powered credit card holders (irrespective of issuing bank)
  • Debit card holders of ICICI Bank, Citibank, Kotak Mahindra Bank and Canara Bank.
  • Other cardholders i.e. debit card holders of other banks (not mentioned above) and other credit card holders (American Express / Rupay) can request a call back to get the required assistance.
How can I activate the FITPASS subscription?
  • The FITPASS subscription services can be simply activated through the “Profile section” of your FITPASS mobile application (https://fitpass.co.in/app) or by visiting (https://fitpass.co.in/subscription).
  • To activate your FITPASS subscription, your eligible card will need to be verified / authenticated. This will be done by charging a token amount on your card. The token amount will only be charged to your card if your verification / authentication is successful and will be immediately refunded to you on the same card.
When will I be billed?
Your FITPASS membership will be auto-renewed based on your chosen subscription plan:
  • Monthly subscription – every 30 days from date of activation
  • Quarterly subscription – every 90 days from date of activation
Can I change my subscription plan after activation?
Of course! You can easily switch subscription plans (monthly to quarterly or vice versa) or add/remove services through your FITPASS app. Any plan change will be reflected from your subsequent membership cycle. You can also reach out to us to help you change your subscription plan by writing to us at care@fitpass.co.in or request a call back. We are always available to help.

Can I cancel my subscription?
We will hate to see you go! However, we understand that you may be forced for reasons beyond your control to cancel your subscription to the coolest and most awesome fitness membership that makes it super economical, convenient and fun for you to get fit and stay fit!

How can I cancel my FITPASS subscription?

  • Active members who have not claimed any offer (discount, cashback, period promotion, etc.) to activate their FITPASS subscription may cancel their subscription anytime in the first 14 calendar days of their membership period without any cancellation charges subject to non-utilisation of any FITPASS service in any manner and subject to FITPASS terms of use. In case you have claimed an offer to activate your FITPASS subscription, please request a call back or write to us at care@fitpass.co.in to help guide you basis your specific offer terms.
  • After the expiry of the first 14 calendar days of your active FITPASS membership, active members may cancel their subscription plans in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions contained herein and to be read in conjunction with the terms of use, any time within 72 hours of the next upcoming billing date of their ongoing subscription payment plan through the FITPASS mobile app or by writing to us at care@fitpass.co.in
  • Basis your ongoing subscription plan, any offer claims, etc., cancellation charges and fees (including administrative, processing, third party and all other applicable charges and fees) will apply and will need to be paid in full prior to any processing or confirmation of any pre-mature cancellation, changes, modification, deferment or the like of your ongoing subscription plan.
