FITPASS 360 and FITPASS 180 are available in 1M, 3M, 6M, and 12M tenures.
The billing cycle for each subscription tenure is as follows: 1M - 30 days, 3M - 90 days, 6M - 180 days, and 12M - 365 days.
The FITPASS 360 package includes FITPASS Premium, FITFEAST, FITCOACH, FITPASS-TV, and FITHEAL.
Both FITPASS 360 and FITPASS 180 are available through the subscription model only.
FITPASS 180 includes FITPASS Basic, FITCOACH, and FITPASS-TV.
You can cancel your FITPASS subscription at any time through the FITPASS app or by contacting customer support through the app or website.
Upon Cancellation, you will be charged the retail price for your membership if you wish to continue using the services.
The subscription will be cancelled immediately, but the subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next subscription cycle. To avoid payment debit, cancel your subscription at least 72 hours before the payment date.
No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time.
Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancellation is requested before the renewal date.
