Tone House is the brainchild of Dr. Priyanka Popli. She says “I had always been a 'plump' child and a 'healthy' teenager. After my second child, I decided to finally change that. Today, not only am I in my best shape ever, I've also been able to transform so many girls and women.” And I believe Fitness is not about fad diets, it's not about overtly exhausting yourself, it is a delicate balance between what you eat, and how much you burn.
