The gym has a great vibe and solid equipment, While the staff & trainers could be a bit more warm and approachable, every place has its own culture. There's a quirky rule about not wearing white workout sandos—black is totally fine—which is something I haven’t encountered in metros like Mumbai or Delhi. That said, Kota, being a tier-3 city, brings its own unique flavor, and it's interesting to observe how different places shape their own norms.
