I had been planning to get into yoga for quite some time and then I saw Fitness Fort Gym on the FITPASS app and thought of giving it a shot. It's been 2 months since I started and it's so amazing that I want to go back every day. Experienced trainers, clean surroundings and motivating environment is what makes this place what it is!

I have been core training with Fitness Fort Gym for over a year now, my experience has been phenomenal. With a really energetic training enviroment, highly supportive and efficient trainers and the best kind of equipment, this place is like nothing else. Core training helps me with my back injury and also helps in improving stability and balance.

I have tried it all, gym workouts, yoga, swimming and many other types of workouts but nothing has worked like Zumba and I have been so consistent because its fun and burns many calories very quickly. At Fitness Fort Gym I found the best trainers and ample space to practice Zumba. Highly recommended.

Not only does Fitness Fort Gym have the best kind of workout equipment and facilities, especially for aerobics and cardio, but also has amazing trainers and make my fitness goals seem achievable. Fitness Fort Gym is the best ever gym I have trained for High Intensity Interval Training at. The intense and motivational environment is perfect for the kind of workout I wish to indulge in and they also have all the required equipment.
