Fitness Alive is a Gym and Crossfit chain which is established in Punjabi Bagh by Renowned fitness therapist Neeraj Mehta.It is one of a kind studio where all the exercises are based on human biomechanics.

They have a team of 14 differnet trainers who will assist you in your session.They specialize in diet prescription. You will get fat loss diet chart, muscle gain diet chart etc as per your body requirement. All the workout schedule and diet charts are designed under the supervision of Mr. Neeraj Mehta.
