This is a prepaid membership that can be availed only by select Canara Bank Cardholder(s)s by completing the onetime registration procedure on the unique link https://fitpass.co.in/canarabank as communicated by Canara Bank.
Upon successful registration through this unique link on the FITPASS Platform/mobile application, , the Eligible Card will allow each such Canara Bank Cardholder's to avail their complimentary FITPASS PRO MAX membership by FITPASS combination of subscription to FITPASS + FITCOACH + FITFEAST + FITPASSTV services/membership benefits + Doctor e-consultations, 1 (one) Health Check-up voucher and 1(one) E-Pharmacy Cash voucher (Rs. 250).
FITPASS PRO MAX membership cannot be refunded or exchanged/claimed for cash. And cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount / promo available on FITPASS app. or those that may otherwise be offered by the Canara Bank with its customers.
Each card will be applicable for single use only by the Canara Bank cardholder, and this one-time utilisation will be tracked by FITPASS.
A Canara Bank Cardholder's who seeks to use FITPASS is required to make a prior reservation through the FITPASS mobile application for accessing any partner gym/fitness studio. Only one subscription can be used for a single reservation on the FITPASS Mobile Application by a user.
The list of gyms and fitness studios in the network are dynamic and are subject to change at any time and FITPASS shall not be liable if any gym/fitness studio has temporarily or permanently shut down its operations or removed from the FITPASS network for any reason whatsoever.
The Canara Bank Cardholder's expressly understands that FITPASS acts as an intermediary to assist in fulfilment only and will not be responsible for the experience at the partner gym and fitness studio or any service deficiency by any Practitioner or in availing any health services and disclaims any liability with respect to any claim brought by the Canara Bank Cardholder's or any third party in relation to any use of/availing of the services and products offered/provided by third party service/ partner gym and fitness studio providers through FITPASS Platform.
Canara Bank Cardholder's who seek to use FITFEAST is required to initiate their FITFEAST chat services from the FITPASS mobile application or schedule a phone call through the FITPASS mobile application to initiate their interaction with their designated personal nutritionist.
Canara Bank Cardholder's who seek to use FITCOACH and FITPASS-TV must select a relevant option to initiate their recommendations available on the FITPASS Mobile Application.
Canara Bank Cardholder's who seek to use services such as Doctor consultation, Health checkup or Pharmacy voucher must select a relevant option as available on the FITPASS Mobile Application to redeem requisite service/benefit
The Terms and Conditions of FITPASS https://fitpass.co.in/terms-and-conditions incorporated herein by reference constitute the entire agreement between the Canara Bank Cardholder's and FITPASS with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
The Canara Bank Cardholder cannot assign, transfer or novate its rights, benefits, covenants and/or obligations under the FITPASS PRO MAX Membership and terms and conditions of FITPASS. No person other than a registered member of FITPASS Platform has any rights under the general terms and conditions of FITPASS.
As part of the offerings/benefits offered along with the Eligible Card, Canara Bank Cardholder's agree to receive such marketing and promotional materials via mail, SMS, email, etc. in connection with products and services of FITPASS.
