Everyone’s beloved Rani is back with a bang! Rani has been keeping it low ever since the birth of her daughter. With the release of her upcoming film – Hichki right around the corner, Rani is looking stunning and in the best shape of her life post-delivery. Like all Mother’s, Rani too gained weight post-delivery – which is normal. Looking ever so gorgeous, Rani has shocked everyone with her transformation by gradually losing her post-pregnancy weight and is back to her fitness routine and self.

She starts her day with a glass of Aloe Vera juice with half a banana. For Breakfast, she has juice or milk with fresh fruits or cereal. For Lunch, she either has Dal or Sabzi with Roti and salad. Rani makes sure to add green vegetables and brown rice to her diet as well. Dinner consists of boiled vegetables and roti for Rani and she makes sure to have dinner before 8 pm. Every 15 days Rani indulges in a cheat meal and eats to her heart's content, but in moderation.

Rani makes sure to eat every 4 hours and for small hunger pangs, she eats nuts, boiled egg-whites, fruits, roasted chana or sprouts.

Coming from a Bengali family, Rani’s staple diet is “MachaerJhol Bhat” which is Fish curry with Rice. She has confessed in several interviews that she just cannot do without her staple food. Rani also has a sweet tooth, but she has been able to follow her food cravings while making healthy eating choices.

Rani starts her workout regime with stretching for 30 minutes followed by 30 minutes at the cross trainer. Once her body is warmed up, she does 45 minutes of cardio every day. In addition to working out, Rani has also made it a habit to practice yoga 3 times a week to relax her mind and body. Exercising regularly is extremely important for Rani and her concentration while working out is impeccable to keep herself fit. She also spends an hour and a half at the gym doing strength training 2 days in a week. Like her onscreen characters, she executes each workout to perfection and enjoys them thoroughly.

Considering that Rani had taken a sabbatical, weight wasn’t of any priority to her at that point in time. But boy, now that Rani is ready to make her comeback on the big screen with Hichki, looks like she’s every bit ready to make everyone take notice of her stunning transformation. A flawless actor known to portray many inspiring onscreen characters, we are so ready for her comeback! Indeed, we missed you, Rani!
