Ranbir Kapoor Diet Plan
His breakfast consists of milk with cornflakes, banana or egg white with brown bread and fresh juice. He prefers to have lunch consists of tandoori chicken along with dal and roti along with curd. His roti contains three grains -wheat, jwar, and bajara. His vegetable plate is always cooked in 3 tablespoon olive oil. He fulfills his hunger pangs with a glass of fresh juice or green tea. Grilled chicken, fish or salmon is always for dinner.
He also takes supplements consisting of multivitamins and whey protein shakes twice a day, first after the workout and second after dinner.
Ranbir Kapoor Workout Routine
Due to irregular shooting and busy schedule, Ranbir has no time to visit a gym regularly. Ranbir tries to focus on all his muscle groups that are biceps, triceps, abs, legs, and back. His typical workout routine consists of Cardio for 5-10 minutes to warm up the body, Crunches, and pull-ups followed by particular muscle group decided for each day. He pulls a lot of weights for abdominal muscles. Apart from these he also likes kickboxing and practices it regularly to maintain his body shape. Other activities he includes is football.

- Drink lot of water as hydrating the body is the foremost step to fitness.
- Even if you are busy, try never ever skipping your workout routine and try to spare at least 30 minutes of your busy schedule.
