Anushka Sharma – a self-confessed constant muncher has an enviable body and constantly gives us body goals. Her radiant and flawless skin and insanely fit body are all the result of following the right diet, working out daily, and by practicing yoga and meditation.

A self-proclaimed foodie, Anushka stays clear of fad diets and starving herself. She has been able to maintain her svelte figure with proper nutrition and the stunning diva does some real hard work to achieve and maintain her fabulous body.

Her morning starts with a glass of water followed by tea and some nuts. Breakfast for Anushka usually includes a glass of fresh homemade fruit juice with egg whites. Whether she is shooting or traveling she loves her glass of coconut water or fresh lime water. Anushka prefers homemade food for lunch and carries her food like dal, roti, vegetables, and salad while on set. A protein bar, cheese toast or fruits serve as her mid-day snacks. Dinner for her is the same as lunch but she sometimes replaces it with boiled chicken or fish. Her day ends with a glass of milk. Like many other celebrities, she refrains from junk food as she believes that our skin reflects exactly what we feed to our stomach. But she is not afraid to indulge in the food she likes on her cheat days.

Anushka Sharma Workout Routine

A fitness enthusiast, Anushka is very particular about her workouts and tries not to miss them even when she is traveling or shooting. Not an avid lover of the gym, she practices yoga instead. However, she trains 4 days a week to stay fit. As a yoga addict, she feels yoga rejuvenates her mind and makes her more flexible and agile. When she visits the gym, her regime mainly comprises of weight and strength training. When she is shooting and traveling and has no time to workout she, makes it a point to go for a jog or for a brisk walk. Anushka also practices meditation in the morning and before hitting the bed to keep her mind calm and composed. She believes dance is the best cardiovascular exercise and dances every day for 30-45 minutes.
