Janhvi Kapoor – a social media sensation today, is all set to make her Bollywood debut with Karan Johar’s Dhadak opposite Ishaan Khattar. Chasing her big Bollywood dream, Janhvi has been following in the footsteps of her late Mother, Sridevi of and simultaneously maintaining her fitness between hectic shoots and promotions.

She begins her day with 3-4 glasses of water followed by breakfast which consists of a glass of fresh juice with toast and eggs. Sometimes she replaces toast and eggs with milk and cereal. For lunch, she eats salad, brown rice with dal or a chicken sandwich. In an interview, Janhvi candidly mentioned she loves eating dal and rice. In between her acting classes, shoots, and promotions she prefers to snack on seasonal fruits, nuts, or fresh fruit juices. Janhvi prefers an early dinner and makes sure she eats at least 3 hours before bed for better digestion. She likes to keep dinner light with only – vegetable soup, dal, boiled vegetables, or salads. At night she doesn’t eat much. She tries to keep her dinner light to digest.

Janhvi’s workout routine is a mix of Yoga, Pilates, and Gym. She works out at the gym twice in seven days with her trainer. Her workout comprises of cardio and weightlifting. She also practices Yoga and Pilates with a different trainer and can often be seen bringing her A game whilst practicing Pilates. Between her now hectic lifestyle, she makes sure to find time for running or swimming when at home to help her relax and rejuvenate. At a young age, Janhvi has learned the importance of a healthy lifestyle and a healthy life.
