Which are the best exercises for weight loss?

What should I eat before a workout?

What should I eat after a workout?
More than anything else, you must consume protein-rich foods after a workout to promote muscle repair and growth. Also, remember to drink plenty of fluids so that you can workout equally hard the next day if not harder. Consume eggs, poultry, fatty fish, seeds and nuts, a smoothie with protein powder along with minimal carbs – 1 piece of whole wheat bread toast. Nuts butters, olive oil, and avocado are good sources of carbs. Consume protein-rich foods within an hour of completing your workout without fail in addition to drinking plenty of water. Have Greek yogurt once a day as well. If you workout at night, have a portion of chicken or fish along with brown rice.
