Terms and Conditions
This is an invitation-only, prepaid membership that can be availed only by a Maharaja Club Member who is recognised by Air India as a member of the Maharaja Club in accordance with the rules of the Maharaja Club (“Eligible User”) by following the activation procedure on the unique link https://fitpass.co.in/airindia as communicated by Air India.
Activating under these Offers will allow Eligible Users to avail their selected FITPASS Membership through the FITPASS mobile application. An Eligible User must visithttps://fitpass.co.in/airindia to download the FITPASS mobile application (available on iOS & Android). These Offers can be availed only through this unique link by an Eligible User.
Eligible Users to quote his or her Maharaja Club ID at the time of claiming/buying any FITPASS membership to be awarded with requisite Maharaja Points.
These offers cannot be exchanged for cash. And cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount / promo available on FITPASS platform.
An Eligible User who seeks to use FITPASS is required to make a prior reservation through the FITPASS mobile application for accessing any partner gym/fitness studio. Only one subscription can be used for a single reservation on the FITPASS Mobile Application by a user.
The list of gyms and fitness studios in the network are dynamic and are subject to change at any time and FITPASS shall not be liable if any gym/fitness studio has temporarily or permanently shut down its operations or removed from the FITPASS network for any reason whatsoever.
The Eligible user expressly understands that FITPASS acts as an intermediary to assist in fulfilment only and will not be responsible for the experience at the partner gym and fitness studio and disclaims any liability with respect to any claim brought by the Eligible user or any third party in relation to any use of/availing of the services and products offered/provided by third party service/ partner gym and fitness studio providers through FITPASS Platform.
An Eligible User who seeks to use FITFEAST is required to initiate their FITFEAST chat services from the FITPASS mobile application or schedule a phone call through the FITPASS mobile application to initiate their interaction with their designated personal nutritionist.
An Eligible User who seeks to use FITCOACH and FITPASS-TV must select a plan to initiate their recommendations available on the FITPASS Mobile Application.
TAT for delivery of cobranded smartwatch, smart scale, premium yoga mat, etc. will be 20-25 working days from the date of purchase or updating of delivery address upon successful order placement, whichever is later. The Eligible User needs to update their delivery address on the FITPASS App within 24 hours of claiming the requisite offer. Failure to complete the delivery address may delay the delivery of physical products.
Please note that in case your selected FITPASS membership contains multiple complimentary physical products, each item will be shipped separately and will therefore be arriving separately.

When does my Membership (FITPASS, FITCOACH, FITFEAST) start?

Your (FITPASS, FITCOACH, FITFEAST) membership starts from the date and time of purchase of the membership.

Can I reserve any class/workout?

Yes, you may choose to reserve any class or workout. With FITPASS, you have thousands of options & Gym workout, Zumba dance classes, Crossfit sessions, Pilates, Circuit Training, Kickboxing classes, Mixed Martial Arts training, Spinning, and Yoga classes among many. However, we urge you to reserve early as spots in popular workouts fill up quickly.

How many workouts can I reserve?

We allow our users to workout at any gym or studio as many times as they please.

 

You may choose to reserve any number of workouts at the same gym if you please. However, we advise you to try out new and interesting activities at different fitness centres whenever you can.

 

We do not believe in limitations. However, we do hope that you do not overexert yourself by choosing, let's say a full-fledged gym workout with an intensive kickboxing class in a single day. Nonetheless, if you can manage, we welcome you to workout as hard as you can.

What if I am unable to find gyms near me or fitness centres near my area?

You can get all the information you need on the website or the app.

 

  • Open the FITPASS App
  • Click on Fitness Centres
  • The screen will display all the available options in and around your area
  • Filter or sort according to your needs

 

For instance, if you want to take Spinning classes or sessions, you can browse through all the available options near your area and choose as per your convenience. If you are still unable to find gyms or fitness centres near you then please contact customer support at care@fitpass.co.in

I can not make it to a workout. What is the cancellation policy?

No worries. Just cancel 90 minutes before the workout begins so that other members can book. You can reserve a spot at a workout just a minute before it starts. However, we suggest that you reserve a slot when you are absolutely confident about your availability;

 

In case you are unable to attend a certain slot, let us say a Pilates class at 7 P.M, you can cancel it by 5:30 P.M. on the same day. If you miss this deadline, we request you to call us to inform us.

FITFEAST is personalised and dedicated diet and nutrition assistance. Customized diet plans and real-time consultation with your personal nutritionist help you to achieve your fitness goals. For example, if you are attending cross fit sessions on a regular basis, our certified nutritionist will create a diet that will help you to get the best results.

To access your assigned diets

  • Fill your A.I. generated HRA form (if applicable)
  • Click on Your Upcoming meals to check all your meals

    • Click on FITFEAST
    • Select Log a Meal

What is the refund policy for FITFEAST membership?

All sales are final. Refunds will not be generated for any membership or products bought on the website/app.

What is the authenticity of your dietary recommendations?

No, you cannot access your FITPASS Id on multiple devices as your FITPASS membership is non-transferable.

FITCOACH is your A.I. led smart fitness coach ARIA, who curates customized workouts only for you

How long is FITCOACH service?

You can buy a FITCOACH membership for a period 1 month, 3 months or 6 months from the date of purchase. For instance, if you buy a 3 month FITCOACH membership on March 19 then it will be valid till June 16 of the same year.

When does my FITCOACH start?

FITCOACH services start from the date and time of purchase of the service.

How is FITCOACH beneficial for me?

FITCOACH is your smart, A.I. enabled fitness coach that has an Advanced Recommendation engine for Individual Assistance (ARIA), which offers customized workouts just for you. ARIA learns all about your fitness needs and goals and recommends workouts accordingly. As you go ahead and follow the recommended workout by ARIA on FITCOACH, it monitors your habits, what you do and how you do to improve the recommendations each time. The more you workout the more it learns about your body and recommends exercises basis your preferences to help you achieve your goals faster.

Who is ARIA?

ARIA stands for Advanced Recommendations engine for Individual Assistance. It is an Artificial Intelligence based fitness coach that helps you workout as per your convenience. ARIA monitors your habits and learns about your fitness needs & goals and recommends workouts accordingly.
