Elite Fitness was established in June 2007 by Sunil Kudva, bringing together teams of experienced and qualified trainers. The Elite Fitness Studio at Gamdevi have all the bells and whistles of a well-equipped gym: a Cardio section with Treadmills, Rowers, Spin Cycles, Elliptical and Recumbent Bikes, and Free Weights, KettleBell, Kickboxing, VibroGym, TRX and Callisthenics training areas. Sunil’s mission for Elite Fitness is ‘health by design’. Sunil helps each of his clients set a Personal Fitness goal keeping in mind their genetic makeup, medical background and dietary habits. He then designates lesson plans for that client (developed by him) using a range of exercise methodologies depending on the client’s level. Our lesson plans are scientific, systematic and varied. The client is then trained 3-5 days a week by his team of expert Personal Trainers.
